Tras la renuncia de varios parlamentarios a la bancada Alianza Por el Gran Cambio (APGC), esta agrupación se llamará ahora PPC-APP y estará conformada por siete legisladores.
Se acordó el nombre porque sus integrantes serán del Partido Popular Cristiano (PPC) y Alianza para el Progreso (APP), según detalla un oficio enviado al presidente del Congreso.
Los miembros de este grupo son Luis Galarreta, Alberto Beingolea, Juan Carlos Eguren, Marisol Pérez Tello y Luis Bedoya, por el PPC. Además de Luis Iberico y Richard Acuña por APP. Beingolea será el nuevo vocero de la bancada.
