La revista The Hollywood Reporter publicó la esperada lista de las 100 mejores películas de todos los tiempos. Luego de entrevistar a más de dos mil personas, entre cineastas, productores, realizadores de cine y televisión, dicha publicación consideró que la cinta El Padrino (1972) lidere esta nómina por ser una de las mejores producciones de Hollywood.
