La esposa de , Vanessa Laine, rompió su silencio y se refirió a la muerte de su hija de 13 años y de su esposo luego de que sufrieran un accidente de helicóptero el último domingo.

Laine, de 37 años, publicó un sentido mensaje en el cual expresa un poco de su dolor y el de su familia tras sufrir esta irreparable pérdida.

“Mis chicas (Natalia Diamante (17), Bianka Bella (3) y Capri Kobe (7 meses), las otras hijas de la pareja), y yo queremos agradecer a las millones de personas que nos han mostrado su apoyo y amor durante este momento horrible. Gracias por todas sus plegarias. Definitivamente las necesitamos”, se lee en la publicación.

Vanessa Laine dijo que una de sus mayores fortalezas son sus dos hijas quienes la ayudan a continuar pese al sufrimiento.

“No hay suficientes palabras para describir nuestro dolor en este momento. Desearía que estuvieran aquí con nosotras para siempre... Pero nos despertamos cada día, tratando de seguir adelante porque Kobe, y nuestra pequeña Gigi nos alumbran el camino. Solo desearía poder abrazarlos, besarlos y bendecirlos”, agregó la esposa de la leyenda de la NBA.

“Muchas gracias por ayudarnos con sus plegarias y por amar a Kobe, Gigi, Natalia, Bianka, Capri y a mí”, concluyó Laine.

Laine no se había pronunciado antes, sin embargo si hizo una acción pública a días del accidente. En su cuenta de Instagram colocó como imagen de perfil una fotografía que se ve a Kobe abrazando a su hija.

Dicha imagen fue capturada durante el Juego de Estrella de la NBA realizado en el 2016, en Toronto.
